**Serves 5 (side portions)**
1 Tbsp Mayo (Follow this link for a mayo recipe! <http://everydaypaleo.com/>
1 Tbsp Curry Powder
1 Can of Tuna
Mix the mayo, curry powder, and tuna in a bowl together. Add more of each until you reach the taste or consistency you desire.
Use a slicer to slice the zucchini (hotdog way) into flat and long slices.
Put some of the mixture on each zucchini slice and roll it up!
**A perfect & quick snack**
=Makes 2 Lettuce Wraps=
2 Leaves from a Romain Lettuce Bunch (Earthbound Organics Packaged Romain is the best for lettuce wraps)
4 Kalamata Olives (Cut in half)
Sprinkle of Parmesan Cheese
Wash off the leaves and dry
Put cut kalamata olives on the leaves and sprinkle cheese over them
**Grass-Fed Butter can be substituted for coconut butter**
=Makes about two cups of mashed cauliflower=
1 Cup Cauliflower (the heads cut off from the stem)
1 Tsp Coconut Butter
Steam the cauliflower heads for about 7 minutes
Put the cauliflower into a food processor or blender and blend until chopped up
Put in the coconut butter and blend till smooth
